Fees: There is a standard rate for a 45-minute session and sometimes there are available reduced fee spots and sliding fee ranges for those who need it.  Therapy can be affordable!  Therapy costs should not make your life more stressful.

Insurance: I am in network with several insurances including:  Aetna, United, Optum, Oscar, and Oxford. Superbills for Out of Network Coverage: If you will be utilizing out-of-network benefits, I will send you electronic receipts so that you can send it to your insurance provider for reimbursement. To explore our OON coverage, reach out to your insurance provider to get confirmation directly from them about what they will or will not cover for psychotherapy sessions (code 90834 and 90837) with an out-of-network LMHC in zip code 11215.
